All products and experiences offered by Luxury Travel TrustinUs SJs are digital travel services and curated holiday experiences. No physical goods are shipped.

How You Receive Your Purchase

Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and access to your travel experience details via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery of your booking confirmation and experience details typically occurs within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received your confirmation within this timeframe, please contact us at travelagencytrustinussjs@gmail.com.

EU Consumer Rights — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Important exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Travel, accommodation, car rental, catering, or leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance
• Digital content that has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to your travel experience, you acknowledge and agree that the 14-day cooling-off right may not apply once the service has been fully performed.
