Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

This document must be read and acknowledged by all travelers prior to departure. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this waiver.

1. Nature of Travel

Luxury Travel TrustinUs (the "Agency") arranges travel experiences that may include, but are not limited to: international travel, safari and wildlife excursions, adventure activities, water sports, cruises, villa stays, and remote destination travel. These activities carry inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.

2. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned Lead Traveler, on behalf of myself and all members of my travel party, acknowledge and accept that travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Physical injury or death during adventure activities, safaris, or excursions
• Limited access to medical facilities in remote or international destinations
• Exposure to local diseases, environmental hazards, or extreme weather conditions
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or tour operators
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Political instability, civil unrest, or force majeure events in destination countries
• Accidents during water-based activities, game drives, hiking, or other physical pursuits

I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for my own safety and that of my travel party.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Luxury Travel TrustinUs, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Personal injury, illness, or death sustained during the trip
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, excursion providers)
• Events beyond the Agency's reasonable control

4. Mandatory Travel Insurance

It is a strict condition of booking that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. This insurance must cover as a minimum:

• Emergency medical treatment and hospitalisation
• Medical evacuation and repatriation
• Trip cancellation and curtailment
• Personal liability
• Loss of personal belongings
• Supplier failure / ATOL protection (where applicable)

The Agency accepts no liability for any costs that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

5. Health & Fitness

I confirm that all members of my travel party are in good health and physically capable of undertaking the booked activities. I accept responsibility for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions to relevant suppliers and for obtaining appropriate medical advice prior to travel.

6. Jurisdiction

This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing your booking with Luxury Travel TrustinUs, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk in full.
• You accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.
• You have obtained or will obtain adequate travel insurance before departure.
• You have read and accepted our Client Booking Terms & Conditions.
