1. Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation. The deposit secures your booking and covers initial costs paid to suppliers on your behalf.
2. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice. The following cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance of your departure date you cancel:
| Notice Period Before Departure | Cancellation Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 84 days (12+ weeks) | Loss of deposit only |
| 57–84 days (8–12 weeks) | 30% of total booking cost |
| 29–56 days (4–8 weeks) | 50% of total booking cost |
| 15–28 days (2–4 weeks) | 75% of total booking cost |
| 14 days or less | 100% of total booking cost |
3. Amendments to Your Booking
If you wish to amend your booking (e.g. change of dates, destination or passenger names), we will do our best to accommodate your request. An amendment fee may apply, and any additional costs charged by suppliers will be passed on to you. Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
4. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you:
- A full refund of all monies paid to us, or
- An alternative booking of equivalent or greater value
We will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g. flights booked independently) as a result of our cancellation.
5. Significant Changes by Us
If we need to make a significant change to your booking (e.g. change of hotel, resort, or departure time by more than 12 hours), we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to:
- Accept the change
- Choose an alternative booking of equivalent value
- Cancel and receive a full refund
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable to pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or change your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or extreme weather events.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. A good policy should cover cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, and personal liability. Cancellation charges may be recoverable through your travel insurance policy.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 working days of agreeing the refund amount. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
9. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us in writing at the earliest opportunity. Include your booking reference number, lead passenger name, and travel dates.
