1. About Us
Luxury Travel TrustinUs SJ is a luxury travel agency based in the United Kingdom. We arrange and sell travel experiences, packages, accommodation, flights, and related services on behalf of our clients.
2. Booking & Contract
A binding contract between you and Luxury Travel TrustinUs SJ is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and you have paid the required deposit or full payment. All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 12 weeks before your departure date. For bookings made within 12 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
4. Pricing
We reserve the right to amend prices after booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. significant changes in fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates). We will notify you of any price changes as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel without penalty if a price increase exceeds 8% of the total booking value.
5. Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 84 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 57–84 days before departure: 30% of total booking cost
- 29–56 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
- 15–28 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking cost
6. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. If we cancel, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative booking of equivalent value.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. We are not liable for any losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
8. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destination. We can provide guidance but accept no liability for any issues arising from failure to obtain correct documentation.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your supplier immediately. If unresolved, contact us in writing within 28 days of returning home. We are members of ABTA and follow their complaints procedure.
10. Liability
Our liability to you is limited in accordance with UK law and international conventions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
